Hennlich to demonstrate advantages of Igus® products
Hennlich, the Russian branch of a Czech-Austrian holding and the official distributor of Igus® (Germany) goods in Russia and 22 European countries will present dozens of new products at Metalloobrabotka 2017.
A series of igus® R48 closed energy chains will be presented to visitors’ attention. These energy chains make cables and hoses chip-repellant up to +850°. Outer radius covers are removable, and the smooth and refractory surface is spark-repellant. This is a low-noise, smooth running and fully closed e-chain featuring 360-degree mounting brackets and pull release by means of a separator in the first or last link. The R48 series would be ideal wherever a low-noise, high-speed and chip-repellant chain is required. There will be an interactive bench at the company’s stand, so that visitors could try fast cable stripping and assemble an Igus® READYCHAIN.
In addition, the company’s stand 73À50 (Hall 3, Pavilion No. 7) will present super-flexible cables Igus® Chainflex with a unique warranty of 10 million double strokes or 36 months, and state-of-the art data transfer cables CAT7 for robots - INDUSTRY 4.0.
The manufacturer operates a product testing laboratory of 2,750 square meters.
Hennlich OOO will also demonstrate xiros® polymer ball bearings, which are a better alternative to lightly loaded metal ball bearings as they do not require service and lubrication, are resistant to aggressive environments, and have a long service life. Metal ball bearings do not last in many non-standard applications, where polymer ball bearings can be used.
The Metalloobrabotka 2017 International Exhibition for Equipment, Instruments and Tools for the Metalworking Industry is organized by Expocentre AO and the Stankoinstrument Association of Machine-Tool Manufacturers. The exhibition will take place at Expocentre Fairgrounds in Moscow from May 15 to 19, 2017.
