Show Highlight

This year many companies exhibit their premieres.

Lipetsk Machine Tool Plant presents a new LSHK80150 knee-type surface grinding machine. This unique machine is designed for grinding of large workpieces with high precision which was previously possible only using piano-type surface grinding machines.

Delta-Test presents the ARTA C63 machine having the design of a piercing machine with application of a precision spherical bench developed by the company which provides the opportunities of processing previously unavailable shapes of products and an advanced technology of micro erosion 3D milling.

Dmitrov Milling Machine Plant puts on display the 6DM80SHF1 universal milling machine with a rotatable head and DRO. The machine can be used for milling, drilling, hole enlarging and boring of parts made of all metals and alloys as well as of different plastics in single-unit, small-scale, and large-scale production.

Sasta shows a new CNC lathe NT 500 designed for turning of complex-shaped components, processing of smooth and thread holes (end out-of-line and radial), milling of radial, end, straight-line and cam slots and patches.  Note that parts can be made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and high alloy steels.

Balt-System shows its flagship model NC-400 which is a modern device with a convenient updated window-based interface and intended to address all tasks in machine building or automation of new production.

Kirovgrad Hard Alloys Plant shows aluminium machining tools, a replaceable indexable insert VCMT-160402 NF developed for Almaz-Antey enterprises, point tools for machining of hard-to-machine materials, milling tool for rough machining FRET-160N40-R10LN19, etc.

CoSPA demonstrates an operating system for all purpose ultra-precise rotary tables (single and double axis) in manual and automatic mode with indication and an option to select a program of motion sequence, and a packaged spindle electric drive powered by the latest Russian development – a module torque permanent-magnet synchronous motor.

The first Additive Technologies. 3D Printing Sector occupies Pavilion No.5 to showcase raw materials for 3D printing, metal printing equipment and technologies, rapid prototyping, 3D scanning, hardware and software. Its exhibitors include 3D Soft, Autodesk, Dorst, Farsoon, Frey & Co., IQB Technologies, Nissa Digispace, Polema, Roland DG, SLM Solutions, Standard Equipment, WellCam, Adem Engineering, Additive Technologies, Dipaul, Point, State Marine Technical University of St. Petersburg, Chevalier, etc. The Presentation Zone will feature many events devoted to additive manufacturing and company presentations. The events include the conferences on Additive Technologies and Netfabb: the Present and the Future of Innovative Manufacturing, and Introduction of 3D Technologies in Manufacturing, etc.

The Stankoinstrument Association organizes the Science, Vocational Education and Production section where leading technical universities and colleges will introduce programs on integration of educational process

The Industry Development Fund participates for the first time. It presents a VR simulator developed jointly with VRTech for training and evaluation as part of development of the State Information System of Industry (SISI). Unimatic shows a set of training mini-machines (turning + milling) developed in Russia and an interactive training simulator.

The first Employment Centre at Metalloobrabotka gives information about current job offers of exhibiting companies, posts CVs, and offers professional career development consultations.

The Expocentre for Counterfeit-Free Exhibitions project, aimed at minimizing counterfeit products showcased at exhibitions, operates online.
