Metalloobrabotka 2026 is open

The 26th edition of the International Exhibition for Equipment, Instruments and Tools for the Metalworking Industry – Metalloobrabotka 2026 – has opened at Crocus Expo, Moscow. The event is organised by EXPOCENTRE AO with the official support of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and with participation of professional associations.

The show occupies over 75,000 sq m to accommodate equipment and machinery in operation: from heavy metal cutting machines to robotic complexes and AI production control systems.

Metalloobrabotka 2026 welcomes more than 1,200 companies from 8 countries (Russia, Belarus, China, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, South Korea, and Turkiye). It is the first time that Kazakhstan takes part in the show. Belarus, Russia (supported by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade), Turkiye arrange national pavilions.

Group stands and pavilions of Russian regions have a special place. This year, eleven regions present their developments and production capabilities.

Metalloobrabotka 2026 pays special attention to science and education. As usual, the show features the stands of leading Russian universities such as Stankin Moscow State University of Technology, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University, MISIS National University of Science and Technology, MIREA – Russian Technological University, Moscow Power Engineering Institute, etc.

This year, Rusweld and Technoforum are integrated into Metalloobrabotka. The Rusweld cluster will present welding technologies and equipment, while Technoforum will present additive manufacturing, foundry equipment, heat treatment, metal structures, storage systems, industrial logistics, ecology and design, as well as tooling, components, and coolants and lubricants. Thanks to this integration, Metalloobrabotka becomes a large-scale industrial platform covering the entire production cycle from design of materials to final products.

The conference programme focuses on practical application issues and strategic development. More than 40 events are planned, ranging from plenary sessions and strategic sessions to case study workshops. About 280 speakers and moderators are expected to take part in the events.

Metalloobrabotka 2026 is open until 15 May.
