The visitors can also talks to the representatives of the manufacturer and discuss the possibility of visiting the production sites in China to see the equipment manufacturing process from the inside.

Implementation of large-scale industrial projects

The practical value of HL solutions can be illustrated by the projects implemented. These include the launch of a high-performance tube cutting machine at M-Konstruktor, the implementation of large-format laser systems, including a heavy tube cutting machine for processing workpieces up to 660 mm, as well as a gantry laser machine for cutting sheet metal up to 30 meters long including beveling options at Lenmontazh. The launch of more than 12 laser machines at KurganStalMost.

The main effect noted by customers upon implementing HL solutions is a significant increase in production capacity and a tangible reduction in the cost of batches of parts. Under the current market conditions, such changes become a key factor of competitiveness.

As the exclusive supplier of HL in Russia, the company actively works with the manufacturer to develop equipment. Models are constantly being modernized, and new functions are being developed, focused on the real tasks set by companies. Automation and robotization of manufacturing processes is the main development vector.

Reducing human factor dependence not only accelerates production output but also significantly reduces the number of defects, ensuring quality stability. One of the recent comprehensive automation projects was implemented at the company using the HF Expert machine including a storage, feeding, loading, and unloading system for raw materials at the Rubezh plant in Saratov, where the implementation of HL solutions significantly increased the production efficiency.

The HL brand has participated in Metalloobrabotka several times. During this period both the industry itself and the demands of production facilities have changed. Businesses are increasingly focusing not just on purchasing a machine tool, but on increasing efficiency, scaling up, and reducing product costs. Responding to these tasks, HL develops solutions that allow companies to reach a new level of productivity and sustainability.

This year, the company's stand will exhibit key products and technologies designed to automate measuring processes on CNC machines and CMMs. Among the exhibits, the comprehensive tool setting and measuring systems, designed to improve the accuracy and productivity of metalworking processes, will undoubtedly attract great interest among show visitors.

All exhibits will be accompanied by detailed technical descriptions, consultations with company specialists, and illustrative examples of application in the present day production conditions.

Maxim Semenov, Technical Director of CNC Metrology, spoke in more detail about the company's products and tasks for the upcoming show.

- Maxim, who are your clients? In which industries and at which facilities are your instruments used?

- Our clients are primarily companies in the metalworking industry, including machine-building, automotive, aviation, and power providers. The equipment and software solutions we supply are successfully used both at large plants and integrated production complexes and at small high-tech companies engaged in the production of precision parts and tools.

- What tasks are you aiming to accomplish at the show? With whom would you like to meet?

- The visitors to our stand will be able to familiarize themselves with the full range of components for CMMs, as well as solutions for preventive inspection and calibration of industrial equipment. Special attention will be paid to demonstrating software products that allow for effective quality control, production data analysis, and integration of measuring processes into digital manufacturing.
We are going to the show with the target of familiarizing specialists and experts with the latest developments in the field of measurement and preventive inspection in production, as well as finding new points of contact with companies interested in increasing the accuracy, automation, and digitalization of their production processes. For us, it is important to personally communicate with engineers, heads of technical departments and production facilities to better understand their needs and offer the most effective solutions.

Most importantly to convey to the audience the correctness and adequacy of choosing not just an equipment supplier, but comprehensive automation solutions built on the basis of an effective production process diagram. We adhere to an approach in which each stage of using measuring systems plays a decisive and significant role.

- What is the essence of the comprehensive solutions you offer?

- The basis is the preventive inspection: professional setup and calibration of the equipment used for the products manufacture. It is the accuracy of the machine tool that becomes the key to consistently high quality of parts. Our portfolio includes technologies and systems for machine calibration that allow maintaining the said state of the equipment fleet. Reliable preventive inspection and calibration provide the basis for the quality at all subsequent stages.

The next step in the diagram is predictive control. This refers to a significant reduction in the time for setting up parts and tools both before starting processing and during adjustment. Thanks to a wide range of machine measuring probes and a balanced approach to automation, we offer solutions that not only save the customer's money but actually increase the quality of finished products and reduce production costs. This is much more effective than one-time purchases of only hardware with apparent savings.

The third stage is active in-process control, when automation improves product quality and enables adaptive, intelligent machining.
The final stage is final (acceptance) inspection  (for QCD), where we perform professional customer-related and oriented selection and supply of CMM components to ensure maximum accuracy and complete product traceability.

“No justice can be built without trustworthy scales and measures.” This ancient wisdom is also relevant for the present day production. We professionally select equipment and introduce it into production. Our solutions provide complete integration of automation, which ensures a visible increase in quality and real cost savings at all stages.

At the show, I would love to meet those who are genuinely committed to developing production, not just chasing short-term profit.
By the way, one of our customers upon implementing the automation system said, “Now we can see that these are the real eyes of the machine, which allow it to understand what it is working with!”

- What are the company`s plans for the coming year? Which direction do you plan to develop first?

- In the coming year, we plan to expand the range of supplied equipment, especially focusing on digital and automated control systems, as well as the integration of metrological solutions with the IT infrastructure of companies. We see great potential in the development of software products for production data analysis and remote equipment diagnostics, which helps our clients keep pace with the state-of-the-art industry trends.

Industrial parts cleaning as a key to successful import substitution and technological sovereignty

In current industrial production conditions, requirements for the product quality and equipment reliability are constantly increasing. One of the key factors directly affecting the service life and operability of components and assemblies is the quality of parts cleaning at all stages of production and repair. This is exactly the direction that the Motor Technologies Plant will present at the show.

Pavilion 1, Hall 4, Stand 4À050

“Today, industrial cleaning is no longer an auxiliary operation, but a fully functional technological stage that directly affects the quality of the final product. We see that companies are increasingly facing the challenges of increasing requirements for parts cleanliness and process stability. Our task is to develop not just equipment, but comprehensive solutions that provide a guaranteed result and integrate into the customer's production lines. That is why we pay special attention to the engineering design of projects and the adaptation of technologies to specific production tasks,” said Olga Izranova, General Director of Motor Technologies.

Technological challenges of the present-day cleaning process

Insufficient or unstable cleaning causes a number of problems: accelerated wear of mechanisms, reduced assembly accuracy, deterioration of coating adhesion, and consequently, an increase in the number of failures and maintenance costs. This task is especially critical for industries such as engineering, aviation, oil and gas, mining, and defense industries.

The present-day production processes involve the use of coolants, oils, abrasives, and other process materials. As a result, complex contaminants remain on the surface of parts, including: oil and grease films, solid particles and chips, carbon deposits and heat treatment products, residues of process fluids.

Removing such contaminants requires not only high efficiency but also repeatability of the result, which is difficult to ensure using outdated or manual cleaning methods.

An integrated approach to solving problems

The MIZOTTY brand offers a systematic approach to solving this problem. The manufactured units and machines have a high level of localisation and are included in the register of Russian industrial products under RF Government Decree No. 719.

The portfolio of solutions includes:

- automatic jet washing machines,
- ultrasonic units,
- immersion cleaning systems,
- tunnel and gantry systems,
- finishing equipment.

At Metalloobrabotka 2026, the company’s representatives will provide a detailed description of the development of various solutions taking into account the specific features of particular production facilities. An engineering approach that takes into account the type of contaminants, part geometry, cleanliness requirements, and production capacity ensures stable cleaning quality, reduces the influence of the human factor, and integrates washing processes into production lines.
