Experience and prospects of digitalisation of enterprise management
The Metalloobrabotka 2024 event programme includes an industrial practical conference on Efficient Production 4.0. It is organised by Zyfra Group and EXPOCENTRE AO.
Today a plenary session of representatives of industrial enterprises on Experience and Prospects of Enterprise Management Through Data was held. This practical case-session is aimed at sharing the experience of representatives of enterprises in creating a system of effective management through data.
The session moderator, Vladimir Shirokorad, Director of Solution Expertise at Zyfra Group, noted that the conference has been held since 2016 and has created a platform for sharing practices of specialists from various professions – for those who belong to the industrial community and are involved in digitalisation.
Director at the Centre of M&R Expertise at Desnol Soft Denis Trufakin, Deputy Head at IT Department and Chief Architect of IT Solutions at North-Western Regional Centre of the Almaz-Antey Concern – Obukhov Plant Alexander Averbukh, representative of Dukhov Automatics Research Institute (Rosatom State Corporation) Natalia Shustova and Project Manager of the Digital Transformation practice at Strategy Partners consulting company Margarita Grishanina told about developments of their companies and experience in implementing IT initiatives at enterprises.
