Metalloobrabotka 2018 will premiere the sectors of additive technologies and 3D printing (3D/AM) in Pavilion No.5
Additive technologies is one the most promising and rapidly developing sectors of the Russian industry. 3D printing is becoming more and more popular as introduction and use of additive technologies help to increase efficiency of production processes, significantly decrease costs and enhance competitiveness.
The trade show participants will present their developments and talk about their experience in implementing 3D/AM. They will include such large international companies as 3D Soft, Nissa Digispace, IQB Technologies, SLM Solutions, Polema, Farsoon, Autodesk, Dorst, Roland DG, Standard Equipment, WellCam, State Marine Technical University of St. Petersburg, Dipaul, Additive Technologies, Point, Promtehplast, etc.
The showcase will be accompanied by many supporting events. The Conference on Additive Technologies and Netfabb: the Present and the Future of Innovative Manufacturing (Pavilion No.5, May 15) will cover advanced solutions and processes for all steps of additive manufacture from creation of 3D models to computer modeling printing and post processing. The audience will hear about additive manufacturing hardware and software systems already functioning in Russia and how to maximize the benefits from implementation of additive technologies.
The conference will feature presentations and master classes. Speakers include representatives of Autodesk, Fitnik, Nissa Digispace, Point, Delcam-M. The conference is organized by Point.

The Conference on Introduction of 3D Technologies in Manufacturing will run on May 16.
